Changelog for RenderPal V2 2.4.10

Code: Select all
[# Global] The menu entry "Help->Contents" has been renamed to "Help->RenderPal V2 help"
[# Global] Updated the Maya Scene renderer
[# Server] RenderPal V2 updates now carry the file ending .rupd
[! Server] If clients were assigned to a job without any assigned clients, its status was not properly restored
[# Server] Finished and cancelled net jobs now keep those states when their renderer has been modified or deleted
[+ Server] A message is now added to the event log if a new client could not be automatically added due to the client limit
[! Server] The server did not always properly take into account clients that are connecting/being woken up when waking up additional clients
[# Server] The dispatcher now takes into account other pools when waking up clients (to prevent waking up excessive clients)
[! Server] When clients were automatically connected by the dispatcher, the reason for a failed connection was not shown
[! Svr/Rc] The collapsed/expanded states of pools was not restored on start
[# Svr/Rc] The timeout is now saved in the "Shutdown/Reboot settings" dialog

[# Server] When selecting the renderers to use first start, it is now possible to entirely delete all unused renderers
[# Svr/Rc] The client pool list now allows multiple selections (so it is possible to control more than one client at once)
[! Svr/Rc] The keyboard shortcut for saving net jobs (Ctrl+S) didn't work properly
[# Svr/Rc] Holding the control or shift key while double-clicking a net job now edits its render set
[# RmCtrl] The remote controller will now save the downloaded renderers and only re-download them when necessary from the server
[! Svr/Rc] When editing multiple clients, automatic Wake-on-LAN couldn't be set
