Cannot load scene from network disk

Postby suberjin » 14 Aug 2015, 23:27

Hello,

I receive the following error when I try to render image using network disk.
Code: Select all
Error: file: C:\Windows\TEMP\ASTAED69124.tmp line 36: Cannot load scene "Z:/input/Ai-User-Data-Color_Robots.ma". Please check the scene name.|

if I copy Z:/input/Ai-User-Data-Color_Robots.ma and past it into explorer it is opened correctly.
Could you please provide any advise ?

Thank you in advance.

This is usually a permissions problem, or the client simply does not have a Z: mapped. Make sure that the user the client is launched under actually has the necessary rights and mappings.

You are right. I had a RenderPal Client started as Windows local service. It seems that it doesn't have a permissions to access network share.
Thank you for the assistance.
