The file works fine on our side, so either the culprit is the project directory, which you unfortunately x'ed out, or it is related to something else. Could you email us the unedited version of the ini file? It would also help us if you could email us a support archive of your server (create it using the corresponding entry in the Help menu).

Would it also be possible for you to test the submitter in conjunction with Maya 2017 on a completely clean, freshly installed machine? These problems might be related to old setting files of the submitter that are still on your machines or similar.

And one last question: Did you save any defaults (globally or for Maya) in the new 2.14 submitter?

I mailed both files to contact@shoran...
A fresh install is not possible right now, unfortunatly. Maybe next week. We don't save any defaults, I think, because we never used that combination before. Maybe I can wipe everything, just in case?

You can try that, yes. Uninstall the submitter, remove its directory if necessary, and also remove its app data, which can be found in C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Shoran Software\RenderPal V2 Submitter.

Re-installation doesn't help.

We actually got it to crash with your server data, so we'll look into it and see what the cause might be. We will let you know as soon as we have found something.

There's a simple workaround: Unhide the Maya Software renderer. We'll fix this in the coming days, but for now, this should do the trick.

We've updated the submitter to fix this problem; just download and install it anew.
