Re: Ping Values explanation in Remote Controller

Would high ping times effect the loading of the scenes and its assets?
Also what could be the reason for the times to increase significantly sometimes and get back to normal sometimes?

Re: RenderPal Server won't start

I took around 3 hours for the server to start. It would say not responding and just waited it out and it started.
After which i deleted around 150 old jobs and now the server is crashing less often.
My question is what can i do to make it more stable? even with a high number of jobs in the database?

Re: execute commands based on the logs of a client

Well the difference between skip and done for us is that fact that when a chunk is skipped then there is no statistics saved for it for example the time to finish the frame and so on.
When a chunk is done then the statistics are saved so we can see how long it took, etc.

Re: execute commands based on the logs of a client

Can you also add an option for Done in the output renderer - action section. There are cases where renderman has finished the frame but takes a very long time to give an offical note on being finished but there are strings that indicate its done before that official finished string. So i want to be ...

Re: execute commands based on the logs of a client

Hello, Thanks for the advice i think this might do what i need it to do but there is 1 problem. In the renderer management --> output filters --> there is no option to skip a chunk in the actions dropdown menu. There are options to restart chunk, cancel chunk, etc. But there is no option for Skip Ch...
